“The staff were really helpful, both when booking and on arrival. The lady who dealt with our booking gave very useful information about the centre. We travelled from Sussex on the day and our parking was available on arrival and accessible at all times. We arrived on a Sunday for the concert at Ludlow Castle, the staff were really accommodating with our timings. The room was very well organised and clean, beds very comfy! “A quaint old fashioned inn. Amenities a bit dated but all functioning. Bath with jets was a plus. Loved the provision of bottled water and little biscuits. Breakfast was a lovely continental affair. Only downside was the winding staircases that made taking luggage up and down difficult.”

“Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”
