“Great location near the promenade and lots of restaurants. Quiet room and well furnished.”

“Good easy check-in. Car park easy to find and free at hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Air conditioning a bit noisy for my liking. Breakfast was available but left too early to try.Easy for theatre and Stratford town centre.”

“Very friendly staff both at front desk and in the restaurant for breakfast. But rooms don’t have A/C and with the heat wave it was surely missed!”

“What an amazing place to place! Don't wait for the kids to nag you about going. My room was kitted out for a family of five, including a travel cot. The grounds are fantastic and there are live demonstrations on a regular basis. Was told it can get very busy during holidays. Despite the food being served buffet style, it was very good. A visit to the Knights Tavern rewards with some very good British beers!”

“All the staff were great and attentive and helped us with all our questions and needs. Carey especially was very helpful and went the extra mile to get myself and my friend gluten free bread for our breakfast. Without her attention to detail we would not have had a gf option ”

“i never used the bar or dinning area as only stayed one night and ate at work. For me after hard day at work its about the room. The shower was hot and powerful and the bed was large and comfy. There was tea and coffee in the room and if i had one criticism only had brown sugar which is fine in coffee not so great in tea”
