“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. “Place was clean and lovely and staff very helpful. I would’ve loved to have found out what the “meal deal” was in the lounge though. And no air conditioning so our room was sooooo hot at night. “super recomendable. desde el primer minuto te sientes como en casa. cama perfecta: todo de la maxima calidad: colchon, ropa de cama, almohadas... dormí como un bebé”

“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”

“Staff are very helpful and create a pleasant friendly environment, good standards of cleanliness throughout. Lovely big breakfast served by staff member attentive to customer needs.”
