“Dear Holiday Inn Express Management,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding our stay. We specifically chose Holiday Inn Express because we’ve consistently had great experiences, and as an IHG One Rewards member, we’ve come to expect a certain standard of service. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.
At breakfast, the pancake machine was out of service, there was no apple juice available (which my kids had been excited about), and several of the hot breakfast items were cold.

“I saw a sign when I checked in on the counter. It said 8/10. I think this is about right. It is summer time, so you are going to get bugs in the room. Also, the toilet sang all night. That is, it was noisy. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay.”

“It's a good option to stay if you are just passing by or enjoying the Dunes park and just need a place to sleep.
Beds are really comfortable, we slept really good.
Cleaning is not great but it is clean enough. The room just needs a little air. ”
