Staff was friendly. Clean rooms but Beds are like sleeping on concrete. Very disappointed that pool area and hot tub isn't available until 10 am in the mornings. Kind of lame because Checkout is at 11! Breakfast was slim pickings, and when they did fill the eggs and sausage it was cold. Hopefully when the new owners take over it will get better.

Check in process was fast and easy even at a late hour. Room had everything we needed. It was very quiet through the night and we all slept well. Didn’t use the pool or other amenities but it looked nice.

Just kind of a really weird hotel… none of the layout really made sense. Room was pretty dirty with some rat dropping in the corners behind the dressers. Bed itself was comfy tho and it had hot water so just the bare necessities really. Wouldn’t rec it personally unless I didn’t like the person that was asking for the recommendation.

Location was great. Went to the Notre Dame game and after a night game it was on way home to Chicago. It’s an older hotel. The bathtub was t working that good the water wouldn’t go down while I was taking a shower. But other than that it’s ok with us.

Although a little run down. The room was clean staff was helpful. I think the biggest problem that made our stay difficult was the walk to room. Asked for handicap room and was put in back halls on second floor. Location was great and price was very reasonable. The saving on stay allowed extra $ to spend on the delicious food from local restaurants!

I didn’t have any complaints, but several others were at the front desk because their TVs, WiFi, and even toilets weren’t working. When I got to my room, all of those things worked. I was on the 4th floor, it was quiet, and the room was clean. They’re now a Best Western, and the place is pretty run down, but I’ve noticed they’ve done at lot of repairs and cleaning since I was there 4 months ago. I know they have had a roach problem, but I did not see any, and I always check.

Staff did not attempt to replace or fix the non-functioning refrigerator in my room for two days despite multiple requests. Otherwise — good spot for families (I’m traveling alone however). Restaurant was quite good. Cappuccino around the clock was great. Room was fine.

Room was clean staff was friendly but that's about it! Says they are doing renovations...no hot water to my room! Hot tub is out of order...Sauna/spa out of order! No cable to tv when asked they said it was a provider issue that's been going on since they had a tornado a few weeks ago. Definitely not worth $90 a night! Super disappointed

Hotel is EXTREMELY old, and outdated. The lighting in the room was horrible.Rooms should be priced lower. Housekeeping came to our room,”but only emptied the trash?”. Unfortunately the other hotels in town are ridiculously pricey, more than double what we paid here. Rooms are very small. The only bright side to this property was the restaurant (UNO Pizza) had excellent food choices besides pizza,and the staff was amazing.

Very run down, unfortunately. There were notes posted that it was under construction, though no sign of any actual work. First room so smelly we asked to change. Second room didn’t smell as bad, but floors were so sticky we didn’t take shoes off. Very noisy being near the elevator, and no security lock. Bed was comfortable though.

The room and linens were clean and fresh. The cable was less than stellar, only 3 channels. The staff, the 2 gentlemen, were very nice and kind and accommodating. Breakfast was at 7 am, we saw and received nothing, not sure.

This is a really nice place to stay it has a great pool area that also has a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. There is free breakfast I only grabbed cereal and OJ but there is waffles and sausage too. The reason I give it 4/5 is that the water temperature was not consistent and showers were a bit too cold and the room smelt like strong cigarettes. Other than that there was nothing wrong with our stay.

The rooms were clean staff was decent. The Wi-Fi in the hotel does not work lroperly the housekeeping staff tend to forget to give or bring items back that are needed!! And a good bit of the staff feel it’s OK to smoke pot on the property in front of guests! It smells the whole floor of it!!!
