Funcionários muito prestativos. Paisagem maravilhosa. Mas imaginava o hotel muito melhor. Academia abandonada, piscina interna em reforma, mas nos foi avisado. Café da manha razoável. Piso do banheiro com respingos, o piso é em madeira, mas me foi dito que aquilo era cêra que não havia secado......não me convenceu. O hotel continua pelos funcionários atenciosos.

Gostamos da estadia do Hotel Douro Scala, já estivemos nesta unidade anteriormente e gostamos de regressar. Trata-se de um hotel muito agradável, acolhedor, confortável e com Staff simpático. Nota muito positiva para a piscina interior. Hotel a precisar já de algum melhoramento e remodelação.

Boa localização e arquitetura excelente

Localização excelente. Possibilidade de passaer por entre as vinhas. Piscina interior e exterior. Capela muito bonita e bem recuperada Staff simpático e atencioso desde a recepção, limpeza ao serviço de jantar e pequeno almoço. Piso do quarto com algumas manchas de água/danificado.

Muito bom

Alguns pequenos problemas mas nada muito grave. O chuveiro ao lado da cama foi um ponto negativo. Não dá para tomar um banho sem acordar a/o parceira/o. O cofre do meu quarto estava travado e, mesmo com a queixa, não foi consertado. Tirando estes pequenos problemas só temos a elogiar. Lugar espetacular, muito confortável o quarto e excelente café da manhã.

5 star hotel but a 3 star in reality

Expensive for what it offers.. its supposedly a 5 star but in reality its not more than a 3 star.. very small rooms with the shower and bath in the middle of the room.. making the room very dump after taking a shower.. very small tv, the sink is the middle of the room to.. only the toilet is in a cramped space with a door.. very expensive food, the spa was not ON in middle of August.. and prepare your self of a 40mim drive in a road with curve after curve without protection rails and a 150m fall..
