Hoteles cerca de Mega Mall en Batam

“Got a free upgrade but in an internal window which has no sunlight”

“El desayuno era variado. Muy bueno. La oportunidad de mejora está en el SPA, la puerta de acceso al lobby del SPA estaba dañada y no ofrecía un buen aspecto hacia los visitantes, lo cual se percibía como de baja calidad y hacia que la experiencia no fuera excelente. Los precios de los masajes eran un poco más alto, respecto a otros establecimientos de igual calidad que se encuentran en Nagoya. Todo lo demás es excelente.”

“Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good”

“Friendly Staff”

“Poorly maintained. Infestation of cockcoraches!”

“Decent basic apartment. Wayfinding to the entrance could be clearer”

“The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card...

“Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it.”

“No cleaning done . They only offer late checkout and start cleaning at 4pm”
