“The room and the bath room , and tha Hotel is very clean and tidy.👍 The bed is comfortable. The furnishings and furniture are in perfect condition. 👍 All electronic devices work. “Great location close to promenade and theatres, spotlessly clean and a very spacious room with king-size bed. Good breakfast. We just stayed one night to attend an event and will happily return. Very good value. Be aware that the parking permit supplied by the hotel does not cover the spaces in Howard Square - there were valid spaces on the seafront a short walk away but it would have been great if the hotel had been able to supply a map of these.”

“I couldn’t have loved this place more, great quirky rooms a real old pub feel with fantastic delicious food and great drink choices, a pleasant away from the woeful Madri and Carling most pubs now stock. The service was attentive, friendly and speedy. The place had a real nice village vibe with pleasant interesting locals. Only down side, the WiFi was none existent in my room.”

“The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and I was glad to have a kettle and teabags provided. The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!”
