“Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room felt pretty basic. Place needs a lot of TLC.”

“Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. If you're on vacation here,...

“Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again.”

“We loved our stay. Our room was fabulous with a free standing bath and seperate rainfall shower. The bathroom and bedroom were equally as spacious. The breakfast was lovely, overnight oats, smoked salmon and scrambled egg for me with a lovely view from the dining area. The hotel is so close to the beach and some fabulous walks”
