Comfortable beds!

The views are nice. The room is more simple. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Definitely just 3.5-4*. The late night snack area is a nice feature though.

Best hotel experience I’ve had in a while! Staff was very helpful and the room was great!

The room is cleaned only every other day which isn’t terrible but something to know. Otherwise very clean and the valet was quick with our car. Only problem we had has nothing to do with the hotel but Uber. Od not find the hotel correctly by either putting in the address or the name of the hotel or even the restaurant in the hotel. It took us almost 10 blocks away to drop us in the middle of Grant Park. The whole weekend never got corrected. So we had to be picked up and dropped off at a restaurant across the street from the hotel. Very strange.

Rooms are VERY dated. Staff was great, but I will not be staying there again. The hotel could really invest in a refresh of the lobby area, workout room, and rooms. I think a staff member told me that it had never been renovated. So, someone needs to think about doing that.
