“Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. “We booked Namily House in February 23 for September 23. The day of booking after 3pm I receive a text advising a water issue and we were given another property totally inappropriate for 4 adults. The person sending text message was going to meet us at an agreed time and never arrived. We had to make our own way without any assistance. Very dissatisfied customer. This night in Positano was our special booking. ”
