We had a fantastic time here. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the included breakfast was too. The views are breathtaking and the pool is great too. A bit cool but it was only 24C when we stayed so I think when it’s hotter it would be perfect.

We had an incredible experience staying here. The views were spectacular, from the balcony in the room, the dining area as well as from the beautiful infinity pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having the shuttle bus was extremely convenient going to and returning from the town of Sorrento. Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the town, quiet and peaceful with 5 star views!

Great hotel with super helpful staff. The pool is fantastic and you can’t beat the views. Make sure you head down past the pool on the right to sit in the swing that’s underneath heart shaped vines and look out over the bay. The staff was awesome and helped us arrange transport to the hotel and a last minute transfer all the way the Napoli airport. We will be staying here again when we bring the kids back in 2 years.

The hotel is on hills, far from Sorrento. The schedule of hotel shuttles are limited and it’s a big problem to get to city. The hotel itself is good, the location is the problem.

Hotel was spotless and had an amazing view! Wonderful pool area. Our room and bathroom were excellent and in perfect repair. We had a balcony that was enjoyable even though we didn’t have the view of the sea. Beautiful property. The shuttle bus was key to getting in to town. You need to be willing to work with the hotel schedule though. Would definitely stay again. Don’t miss walking around St. Agata.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Grand Due Golfi in Sorrento. The hotel itself is beautiful, with absolutely amazing views that made our stay even more special. The pool area and outdoor restaurant were spectacular, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The staff were incredible throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, very clean, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages was the complimentary shuttle bus service, which was so convenient for getting into Sorrento and back to the hotel without any hassle. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!

The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly… curious and genuinely interested… They helped me in a huge way by helping me. Send packages home to North Carolina USA. Yes the pool was amazing however, the daily shuttles to Sorrento and Sorrento back to the hotel was perfect and the boat excursion they picked you up the hotel and bought you back to the hotel and those were amazing! Thank you girls for helping me. Have a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this Hotel. It’s a put on your bucket list for sure…

Loved this hotel! Room was a decent size, good amenities, had a balcony, bathroom was small (do wish the bathroom had a sink counter/storage) but was clean. The views from the restaurant and pool were insane! Stunning! And the staff was exceptional - all of them worked so hard to meet our requests and make sure we were happy! It’s important to know this hotel is away from the main, tourist heavy area of Sorrento (Piazza Tasso, Sorrento ferry port) so walking to town is not possible. Either use taxis (very expensive, 60 euro ride) or Uber (also expensive) or public bus 5070 (fairly cheap) or the free hotel shuttle. Note that the hotel shuttle only runs at specific times and only drops you off at one location near Piazza Tasso (outside Hotel Cesare Augusto) so you will need to walk further if you’re going to the port. It also picks you up from this same spot. The hotel asks that guests requests seats on the shuttle bus a day ahead to guarantee spots since seating is limited if you try to book last minute. You can also book additional shuttle rides that drop off/pick up from other spots in Sorrento but have to request it ahead and it can cost around 30 euro. You can use Whatsapp to communicate with the hotel when out in the city, which was great as a tourist. Our flight was early and we were missing breakfast (included in the stay) and the hotel staff was kind enough to pack us a breakfast to go, even though we didn’t even request it! So lovely! Restaurant was also really good!
