Incredible location on the Thames river. The only complaint was the shower was configured in a way that the water would spill out into the rest of the bathroom but overall wasn’t really an issue, more of an inconvenience

Service is what this hotel has going for it. The room is clean. I love the doormen at the front door saying good morning and welcoming you home every night. The room is quite small and does not match up with the photo for the type of room purchased. The shower leak so much that there’s a puddle of water to the point. It takes a whole towel to dry it up after you get out of the shower. Housekeeping was consistent. Front desk was helpful. The hotel could use a significant refurb. Nice bones, but it’s no longer a five star hotel.
