Vacations Close To Marubi Permanent Photo Exhibition

I reserved five rooms at this hotel for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration, expecting the accommodations to reflect what was advertised. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, our group was assigned rooms in the Masquerade Tower. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable—they were extremely outdated, run-down, and had a strong unpleasant odor. These were honestly some of the worst hotel rooms I have encountered, and I was embarrassed that this was where my guests were expected to stay for such a special occasion. We immediately returned to the front desk and requested different rooms. We were then informed that we would have to pay an additional $25 per night, per room to move all five rooms. Because I did not want my guests staying in accommodations that were in such poor condition, we felt we had little choice but to pay the additional charge. What is most frustrating is that guests should not have to pay an “upgrade” simply to receive a clean, comfortable room that reasonably reflects the accommodations advertised by the hotel. The customer service experience also added to the frustration. The line at the front desk remained extremely long throughout our stay even around 3:00 a.m. making it difficult to get assistance without another lengthy wait. I chose this hotel for an important milestone celebration and reserved multiple rooms expecting my family and guests to have an enjoyable experience. Instead, I was left disappointed

The staff helped us get checked in pretty quickly. The hotel is always clean and easier to navigate than most places. Everytime we stay in Vegas we stay here. Affordable place on the strip if you know when and where to look.

The staff was really friendly, hotel is near to the sphere, the mexican restaurant have délicieux food and the bartender was súper nice!!
