“The hotel has the potential to be lovely, the location is great and the grounds very nice. However, on arrival at 3pm when making our way to the room, there were many used glasses and crockery outside the doors of other rooms which were still there the following morning when we checked out. It would have taken no time for the corridors to be cleared and gave a poor first and last impression of the hotel. Our junior suite room was lovely and spacious but in need of tlc, as it was worn and tired....

“Very eclectic hotel. Interiors not to my liking, certainly not a cosy stay. Negative was shower. Water constantly went hot & cold. Rooms so dark virtually impossible to see anything.”

“Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B.”

“Alie was a wonderful host and came quickly to welcome me and offered to help with my bags. The room was great, really clean and the bathroom was perfect. Might have liked a little more room to hang clothes but there were hangers on the back of the door. Alie also offered me an iron and board and said to call on her if I needed anything. Room had kettle, tea, coffee and water too. Really comfy bed. My only issue us that I was woken up one morning by someone having sex!! I'm not sure from which...
