“Quirky stay in Tunbridge Wells. The theme is fun and throughout the restaurant and hotel- decorations, staff uniforms, music and menu options. Lots of parking right outside. Food was lovely. The breakfast had unlimited coffee and juices and lots of options. The only downside was we went in the heatwave and the only thing available was a small desk fan so the heat was unbearable in the room so we slept really badly, could do with additional larger fans in the rooms”

“A lovely traditional pub within striking distance of many beautiful places. The food was always great particularly the breakfast and came out wonderfully hot and on hot place which is so often an issue in other hotels. It's lovely to sit out in the garden and we were staying while the World Cup and Wimbledon were on and it was easy to catch the games in the evening but also lots of space to get away from the action. “El peor Mercure hotel que me e hospedado, desde mi llegada, la persona de recepción poco amigable, mala información sobre desayuno, horarios ect. y nos cobró otra ves el desayuno a pesar de estar incluido en. El precio, El personal muy poco amigable. La única persona amable, Mina de Recepción por la mañana.”
