We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. Next morning, we had breakfast (English breakfast is their specialty). All good. Then we had a stroll around the property. They have a large patio with tables and chairs, which is surely used in summer. It is located about a 30-minute walk from from East Grinstead station. Easy to get there. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Comfy easy access room with walk-in shower, very helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet given it was Eater Saturday night. EV charger parking spot was occupied for many hours by a non-electric vehicle and the adjacent spot occupied by an EV which was not on charge. Staff said they were not responsible for its use.
