“We can see from the hotel that the owners have not long took over. the room was clean and had enough room to move about. The windows need another curtain as we had to pin the middle curtain down to block out the light. The bathroom has be updated .but the shower cubicle could do with an extra clean in the corners . The kettle could do with being put higher as I had to get on my knees to brew up lol. And lastly the bed was very comfy but please add a few more pillows as the ones that were there...

“The cabin wasn’t as clean, sofa in cabin was absolutely dirty. Breakfast on both days was shambles, you’ve to queue up for hot breakfast, and the guy serving it Louis wasn’t the nicest, witnessed him being rude to 2 women, however being absolutely fine to others. People of colour are not nice to people of colour!!! Both days no veggie sausages, was told ran out, they just didn’t want to cook them… swimming for kids only 8-10am (same time as breakfast) and 3-5pm!!! We honestly do not recommend...

“The property was not a 'cottage' as advertised but a top floor apartment. The property is a detached building split into 2 apartments. Tanglewood is the top apartment and Treetops is the bottom apartment. Tanglewood was a lovely, spacious and clean apartment with everything provided. I had trouble with the key box on arrival but the owner came out immediately to help me and then showed me around the apartment. Plenty of parking on the road outside.”

“The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !”

“Creo que este B&B vivió tiempos mejores, la habitación que nos asignaron era bastante antigua, y aunque la ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy limpios, todo lo que no se veia, necesitaba un repaso. El pueblo no tenia mucho interes turistico. Aunque el norte de gales es precioso. Si te quieres alojar por la zona, mejor es Llandudno o Conwy”

“Would definitely go again but would avoid the ground floor 1 bed lodges due to noise from the accommodation above. Bathrooms require a privacy blind, especially at night.”
