Vacations Close To Manhattan Square Park and Ice Rink

We got there and went to our room once again it wasn’t cleaned the manager felt so bad that this happened to us again .. she gave us a clean room and lil goodie bags … we love the hotel !!

Stay was comfortable and amazing

I liked the sleek and fashionable look of the lobby. There were numerous sofas and seating areas and an attractive bar too (where we had delicious soups). The exercise room and pool were very nice and wish we'd had time to use them. The downstairs restaurant was nice for breakfast. Plenty of charging stations for our phones. My only criticisms - there was very inadequate lighting in our room! There was a lamp next to each bed and a pole lamp in the corner. There was no overhead light. I looked all over, thinking I was not locating the switch. A glance at the ceiling confirmed that there were no lighting fixtures up there. Hard to check out your outfit in the very nice mirror with only the shadowy light from those three wimpy lamps. Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom, resulting in a very steamy situation in there after a shower. At first I thought there were no drinking cups but I later found them next to the water bottles sitting on the chest. Small niceties like a pad of paper and a pen would have been useful.

Not very clean at this property. Hallway and elevator was dirty. Room was barely adequate. Housekeeping every other day. Pillows were awful, just foam blocks really. I did not get breakfast that was offered in the lobby. However, the coffee was undrinkable. Some front desk staff were good while others had no knowledge of anything about the area. I was there for a high school reunion and honestly should have known better than to stay at this property. Shame on me.

Centrally located to the parkways museums and attractions

Breakfast was really nothing apart from waffle and coffee, milk.. Staff at front desk said it is like first come first serve rather than Serving till time. I felt it is like a scam with a message saying as Breakfast included. TV never worked. Coffee maker is not cleaned so be careful before you put water to prepare ur coffee. Front office staff are not courteous. Alex who is night staff is very good If you don’t need any of these things then it’s nice and cosy with clean toilets and toiletieries. No additional charging points for EV.
