Room was great though small - great shower. Superb location. Breakfast is really not good - no choice, v basic, no hot drinks..and although a kettle and coffee machine, no water to fill it or milk for tea etc… really needs to be sorted out! …or don’t even offer it!

The good: Clean, suite layout unique and had good bathrooms, comfy bed. The bad: lifts/elevators did not work, going up and down 4 flights of stairs every day was a problematic inconvenience, coffee machine in room also did not work.

It's central in the Manchester's gay village which is great. Our room was very noisy - thin walls from next door (!) and loud party street outside. The shower was a bit mouldy at the edges but the bed was comfy and with earplugs we slept. Breakfast was only continental - a small bowl of yoghurt and muesli and pastries. No coffee apparently other than the pods in the room with long life milk. Not really the 'boutique' we were looking for - I was with my daughter on a uni visit and the room felt more like a gothic black den with a large 'suggestive' mural on one wall and a huge mirror on the other side. I didn't feel this 'vibe' was very clear from the website!

The room and bathroom were gorgeous but needed more attention to cleanliness. We found items from a previous guest in the room during our stay. We mentioned the cleanliness to the front desk staff and the staff immediately came up to clean it.

Great welcome and lovely room!

Had a lovely welcome by Stefan with a glass of Prosecco and then upgraded our room! Check in was easy, recommendation for dinner. Great bedroom and good sleep. Would go back!

Hotel was lovely with many quirky features in public areas and the room. Loved the air conditioning. Friendly staff who very helpful. Understood hotel is reasonably old so wheelchair access was to the rear of the building but exterior was in a graffiti street which felt a bit unsafe. Front of hotel was bright and lively.
