We loved our stay but the fire alarm at 3.30am and 6am really killed us off as we had flown direct from Nz. Hence could not rate higher. Staff at reception were wonerful

The Reach is very handy for Manchester Piccadilly Station and for Manchester City Centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a good state of repair and the room and communal areas were clean and seemed well cared for.

Our stay was great, the service was warm and enthusiastic. The decor was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurant served delicious food in the evening. Breakfast was not as good but was still nice. The room was well equipped but quite small.

A wonderful stay at The Reach for my husband’s birthday. We come to Manchester from Birmingham 3/4 times a year and this is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel. My husband and I have both said multiple times over the weekend that we will stay at this hotel every time now…it was fantastic on every level.
