The staff were just great, at first when we checked in, they could not find our booking, but this was just short lived, and we enjoyed our accommodation. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from and very close to the train station. Will look forward to stay with them again.

What I did not like was that the beds were just to smaller beds pushed together. No fun sleeping on a crease. The internet was spotty at best and couldn’t use me phone due to the lack of service in the room. There was also huge visible stain on the chair as well! That should be replaced! Prob wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel is in a great location and has easy access to parking. I somehow ended up in a disabled room with three, red cords to pull in case of an emergency. I unknowingly pulled one, and reception was at my door to check on me. My only complaint is the double bed. It was two twins pushed together, which meant I was either on the crack between the two mattresses or sliding in between it. It was very uncomfortable. M

La habitación muy bonita y limpia. Ha faltado una toalla ducha, solo ponian dos y eramos tres huespedes. El desayuno bufet muy correcto y bueno. Opciones gluten free. Servicio atento y simpáticos. Deberian canviar horario ya que ofrecen cena hasta las 22h y un dia llegamos a las 21:40h y nos dijeron que la cocina ya habia cerrado; solo queriamos un bocadillo. Manchester nos encanto!!!
