I wanted somewhere close to Piccadilly Station, so that I could catch an early train to the airport. This was clean, comfortable and very affordable. And a very short walk to the train station.

It is beautiful hotel, Clean, Smelled amazing as you enter. Food was great, Staff were fantastic, Room was fab. The Garden is gorgeous. I have one gripe the bed was very uncomfortable in room 424 by the window. Very hard. But that's a small thing. Some people may like a firm bed. I highly recommend this Hotel. Also great value for Money.

The staff was amazing. The room was small but clean and tidy. It has an iron in it, which had not been listed on Expedia. So, I’d brought my own iron, which took so much space in my carry-on. Every day, next to the elevator on 4th floor there was a smelly trash can with spoiled food in it, which was unpleasant. I’d just remove the can and ask people to dispose of their trash at a better place

This is a really well located, good value for money the hotel. I’ve stayed there a lot and will likely to stay there again - subject to weather forecasts. Definitely stay there if the forecast is for under 25 Celsius. The only reason I couldn’t give it higher is the lack of cooling solutions in the bedrooms. Whilst a fan was provided, it didn’t do much in a room that was already uncomfortably warm when I arrived. They need to sort some sort of air conditioner solution - even if they just itr and set up portable air conditioners over the summer.

Just a bed for the night as I had an early morning train to catch. I stayed in a single bed room, quite compact. But the bed was very firm and extremely comfortable. The shower was incredible. Probably the most powerful shower I’ve ever had. Great way to wake myself up for a full day of travelling. The Garden Bar was pleasant to have a drink and snack. Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t have an evening meal or the breakfast.

Fabulous location. Staff were all amazing, they were welcoming and polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good, hot food was all piping hot and scrambled eggs made to order Sue was a superstar and nothing was to much trouble she was so helpful and congratulated all that had taken part in manchester marathon and engaged in conversation with them as well as cracking on with her job. Rooms are not the most modern but had everything you need and were clean, tidy and restocked each day. If I'm ever in Manchester again I would definitely stay.
