the facility is new and in keeping with the modern esthetic of new hotels. Clean and well appointed, the rooms are a bit on the small side but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great shower with decent products and a quiet night time experience. The staff were very helpful and the check in and out experience was painless. It's well positioned in Manchester. Parking was a pain. Perfectly acceptable Hotel for what we paid but probably not exceptional, special or memorable in any way.

We were a party of 15 staying at the Malmaison for a wedding. The staff couldn't have been any lovelier. I cant recommend the hotel enough. We also ate there on the Friday night and were very well looked after. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfectly situated in the centre of town. Definitely worth a stay if coming to Manchester.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it’s still very good. Conveniently placed, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and the staff are polite and responsive. I would recommend a stay there.

Nice hotel, room and bathroom, good breakfast and friendly reception staff. Only downside was we couldn’t get a drink in the rooftop bar even though it was quiet - was told it was fully booked and there was hardly anyone in there!

Perfect location, rooms great, breakfast great, staff great. Only thing that let this trip down was the rude awakening of the fire alarms at 7am that appeared to be a false alarm...not once but twice and no apology when checking out. Would still stay here again though as the hotel is great
