Stayed for a weekend in the city. Great location convenient for the university and city centre. Hotel is modern, clean. Room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the air conditioning worked well. Great buffet breakfast and reasonably priced I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well placed close to the city centre and the staff were very welcoming on arrival. The rooms were clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and all in all we had a great stay.

Hotel was nice and clean. Spacious cleans rooms. Staff let like place down. Not very welcoming, overheard two members of staff talking rudely about another member of staff during breakfast. Lucky to find a clean table at breakfast. Asked about porridge to be told “I have my hands full at the minute” Customer service needs improving

Really enjoyed our stay at the Maldron Hotel Manchester. The location is fantastic — really convenient for getting into the city centre and within easy walking distance of the Arndale, shops, restaurants and everything else Manchester has to offer. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which always makes such a difference. Tasty breakfast with so many options to choose from. There were a few minor cosmetic things around the hotel and room that could do with a little TLC, but nothing that affected our stay or overall experience. Overall, a really good stay and I’d happily return when I’m next in Manchester.

The property was very nice, clean and well appointed. They had a huge group staying there and were understaffed however. Not enough staff in the bar to handle the influx or at the front desk. Wait times were long to check in and to get a drink. Otherwise it’s a great hotel with a great location and was very clean and well appointed.
