The reception staff coykdnt have been more helpful, asked for an extra pillow, it arrived moments later. Always very friendly. The free soft drinks in the mini bar and coffee pod machine were a nice touch. Also our room and our bed was massive. We had the room with a sofa bed and was more than enough for our family of 4. Would definately consider staying again next time we go the Manchester.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the INNSiDE by Melia (Manchester location). Staff were extremely polite and helpful from the get-go - and though we arrived earlier than the check in time we were accommodated and allowed to use the spa area (shower, sauna) to freshen up after a long international flight. Very happy with the hotel, room, amenities etc. The location is very convenient…it’s near some awesome coffee shops, cafe’s, and also not far from main Manc’s city center.
