One of the best hotels I stayed at for a long time. The staff was simply amazing. Our AirCon broke down and we immediately received a fan and it was fixed the very next day. The in-house restaurant was yummy (food & cocktails) and the hotel was in a great area, right next to Victoria Station and downtown shopping area was just a a few minutes walk away. If we will ever come to Manchester again, we will stay here again.
