The hotel was in an excellent location if you are arriving on the train and the room was very comfortable to sleep in due to being able to control the air conditioning yourself plus the bathroom was very good lighting and size

Great location and room was nice and a good size. The staff were helpful and looked after our bags both before and after check in. The hotel was very busy due to the Take That concert so check in took a while. The main downside to our stay though was that we couldn’t have breakfast as the queue was huge and too long.

We loved staying at your hotel for the way we were greated and helped by the staff, for the cleanliness and usefulness of the facilities, and the location of the hotel, at a walking distance of everything. We found, however, that the breakfast was pricy but there was a lot of choices.
