Best buget spot in Manchester. Always very clean. Location is perfect, walking distance from Picadilly Station and from many music venues. And in front of it you have Ezra & Gil, amazing coffee place.

We stayed in a basement room that was very clean apart from a little damp on the wall, but it was the size of the room that was surprisingly, it was tiny with very little floor space. Apparently the upper rooms are bigger but having paid over £200 for one night I expected more, also no tea making facilities, not even a plastic cup in the room or a hand towel in bathroom - for the price I am sure you can get better value and facilities in the area
