The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time.

Great rooms with lots of nice little touches. The food offerings were good and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and tidy from top to bottom. I appreciated the dog bedding and bowl too. Would definitely recommend and I will be using again myself.
