What a wonderful hotel , we had an amazing experience , we booked a garden king which was gorgeous and so nice to have the terrace and comfy outdoor furniture . Food was good at the grille , but what made it was the staff , they were all absolutely top notch !! Definitely recommend the Dakota Manchester Airport

Excellent hotel, lovely room and comfy beds. Just a little slow on serving your drinks but as time goes on hopefully will improve. Can’t believe tax goes on the bill. But would highly recommend. Transfer from hotel to airport is excellent the driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Room very clean and comfortable - pity no brochure advising meal times , menus or no smoking sign . No details how to use room telephone or numbers to ring . Meals very pricey and not value ( plus 12.5% service charge ) All staff fantastic , very smart , courteous and friendly . Free shuttle cars to airport a boon . Pity no gymnasium in hotel or swimming pool !!still as mostly a 1 night stay hotel not to expect those details .

An excellent stay both before our holiday and after. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. Their systems for check in were down when we arrived so we were offered complimentary drinks in the bar while they rectified the problem. We used their concierge service and were picked up and dropped off at the terminal smoothly.

This hotel is amazing, for me it’s almost the perfect property! The rooms are beautiful, great beds and bedding nice large bathroom. The food in the grill for both dinner and breakfast was excellent and of course the trouble taken by the bar staff to get my drink exactly as I like it was priceless! But for the overwhelming thing is the staff, in every department excellent in every way leading to a fantastic stay! This has spoilt me for other hotels. Remember this is an airport hotel, which on the whole don’t have a good rep. This place would not be out of place up against many 5star city properties! A must stay in my opinion!
