The parking at this hotel is abysmal. Do not book this hotel if you value feeling safe in your room. This hotel is one of the most dangerous areas in Manchester. The staff are creepy too. I booked 2 nights here and didn’t even stay for 1 of them, my friend and I ended up moving hotel we felt that unsafe

Very basic room but did exactly as I needed. Staff were hugely helpful and let me store my bag in my room while it was cleaned so I could go straight out and come back late.

Glad I had a great stay! What really stood out was how clean and comfortable the room was—it felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The amenities were well maintained and convenient, adding to the overall comfort. Everything came together for a smooth, enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Although a little outside of the city it is well served by buses. The room was at the front and suffered from the traffic noise. Staff were very courteous and helpful. It would be difficult to grumble at their prices.

Room was neat and clean, good heating. I have stayed here few times, one of the best budget hotel. Lots of place near by to eat in or take away. Only issue I had my door was opened accidently by someone as inner lock didn't work in the room i stayed.

The room was small, no natural light as a broken blind covered the window, but it was clean and ok for what we required. The man on reception was polite. For the price we have no complaints

Stay away. Sketchy property and staff. No issues until I had to extend. Do not allow them to charge you extra for any reason. Go to another hotel if they suggest this Building definitely has some sort of problem as all my clothes have a chemical smell from being in the room.

Everything about the property was to a good standard standard. Because I had to work from my room in the evening, a table to put my laptop on would have been useful. Rather than having to sit on the bed. But, that is just a small inconvenience. Access to a microwave would have been helpful too. Overall, for the price I paid, I think it was mainly good value.
