The hotel is well placed for walking around central Manchester and close to buses and trams. Our room was very nice and comfortable but unfortunately very hot overnight. Parking was close by with a hotel discount. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The staff were fantastic, the building is beautiful, and the location is excellent. However, most of the food on the menu is unavailable and the food they do serve is awful. It seems to have been sitting around long after its best-before date. The water was also shut off due to repair work. This will be a great hotel when they're done working on it... It's not fair to take bookings while this is happening though.
