“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent especially in the heatwave we have been experiencing. And the bed was extremely comfortable and clean, All the drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel and the food was gorgeous with excellent service, it was a very calm atmosphere which helped to unwind. I would definitely book again, and hope to stay longer next time. Really enjoyed our stay. 😊”

“Hotel facil de encontrar. Algo alejado de algunos sitios pero bastante cercano a otras. La habitación muy grande y comoda. Cama bastante comoda. Baño grande, aunque con el plato de ducha mejorable. Puerta corredera de baño. Parking suficiente para aparcar y cerca de sitios para comer”

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

“The room was too small, couldn't get round the bed without banging your foot. Also nowhere to put your suitcase other than the bed to empty it. You couldn't sit on the loo without banging your knees on the shower cubicle”

“We have stayed here before several times but this time was really disappointing. We booked an accessible room but on arrival we were told this wasn't available and we were on the first floor. It was fortunate my operation for a knee replacement was postponed or I wouldn't have managed the stairs (no lift). The first floor room was stifling as it was during the ongoing heatwave. No fan provided. We went straight to get a cold drink (having driven 200 miles we were parched). Ordered the drinks...
