It was my first day driving in Italy and he noticed I was uncomfortable driving in the small Italy parking lot so he offered to park the car for me (and I accepted). He and his wife seemed to always be available to answer any questions we had about the area. They had a little girl who wandered around the lobby and snackroom bringing smiles to everyone's faces. “This hotel has the most amazing view onto Lake Garda. The staff is amazing and very attentive. I loved the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious and fresh. It was only a short walk along the lake to town and Monte Baldo is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel.”
