First time here. We’re Riu Class members. The check in was fast. The check in staff were friendly. The room was good. We got a King bed on the 3rd floor. The property is fairly compact so not a lot of walking… The food was excellent!!! Best part of the hotel. They have a two pools, one with a swim up bar. Both are clean and well maintained. The property has beach access with chairs, table and umbrella that is set up for you. The beach is clean and swimmable. Jet skis are available next door. No kids at this property…. We’ll be back….

The private beach was the best! Spent an afternoon with a manatee that just waltzed into the lagoon for a visit. Got to rub the belly and pet away. Loved the pool at night! Ocean view from the room. The balcony was so refreshing and relaxing. Stayed on the One Particular Habor side (more like a studio apartment than a hotel room). Local to everything. Lazy river was chill. Away from the crowds. Pretty much smack dab in the middle of where you want to be to do all the tourist stuff. Everyone was so friendly! Why wouldn't they be, it's a very happy place to land!
