Vacations Close To Maggie Valley Festival Grounds

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only disappointment was the room had a slight smell of dog.

Very nice hotel in downtown knoxville. Parking is pricey, but you can park in The Locust street Public parking deck, which is one street over, for a quarter the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Venue is well maintained and in a nice central location in downtown knoxville. My only problem was about 3:30 In the morning, the fan on the air conditioner started making a horrendous noise and it made it very hard to sleep even with earplug in. If I wasn't preparing to leave in the next couple hours, I probably would have asked to move rooms, but by the time I moved rooms, it'd be time for me to pack up, start heading out. I did inform staff checkout and they said they would have someone look into it.

Everything was exceptional!! We will return!!

The staff was beyond helpful!! When checking in, my child announced that it was my birthday. The next day there was a bag hanging on our door with a birthday card and a treat on it! Just so thoughtful! Also, my AirPods fell down the elevator shaft. I mentioned it at the front desk and she said she’d talk to maintenance. They went down and got them for me. They were so thoughtful and helpful!
