“The property was good, neat, and clean, and overall we had a decent experience. The pool is also good and well maintained. However, there are a few areas that need improvement.
The food was quite overpriced and, unfortunately, not very good in taste. There were also some issues with water availability and electricity cuts during the daytime, which was inconvenient.
Regarding the staff, Pradeep was very helpful and quick to respond, and I really appreciate his support. However, Preetham was not...

“Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening.
The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back.
Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go...
