Friendly staff, not much amenities in room, but your own water to drink.

Excellent location to downtown Miami and walking distance to Bayside Marketplace. My room had a lovely bathroom which was bright and spacious. General cleaning was good but could have been slightly better. Many hotels forget to clean places such as walls, room decor like photos and particularly under the bed! I liked how the room had a stocked mini fridge, aswell as little essentials like a hangover kit, sweets, etc. Valet parking was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. I had already prepaid for parking but was charged this again at checkout which was annoying. I had to go back up to the desk to show the staff this who did then refund me. The pool was very clean and modern. Overall, a very good experience. I would stay again.

Our room was dusty I’m assuming it was not used for a while. We couldn’t get an answer from the front desk and listened to the fire alarm beeping all night. Had no soap in the room and the toilet paper roll had blood on it.
