Where to start? To start there is a "cleaning fee" that was mentioned no where in the listing that was to be paid before we could receive the access code for the room. Air conditioning is on a timer also the a/c's are linked together so when you put one on the other turns off. It is a PROCESS just to get the a/c's running correctly and as the landlord is explaining to you how to "correctly" use the a/c, he will complain endlessly about the electricity bill. Then magically when we got the a/c's to work there was a "half power outage" or at least that was what I was told even though no where else in Isabella had absolutely no issue and had full power everywhere. We believe the landlord is "tricking" out the electric causing the a/c's to be unusable however when he does that, it also renders the stove inoperable. First time it happened we called him and electricity came back quickly, the second time "after calling" electric magically got a little better but still rendered the a/c's and stove inoperable. The entire property is falling apart, utensils old and rusty, barely any plates or bowls, and severely abused pans and pots. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and the level of quality this hotel is supposed to offer. We paid nearly $600 per night, and unfortunately, the condition of the villa was nowhere near what I would expect at that price point. The floors were dirty, the room felt run-down and poorly maintained, and overall, the accommodations did not reflect a high-end property. To make matters worse, we experienced a power outage, and the villa we were staying in did not have a functioning backup generator. We were left without electricity while the hotel figured out how to handle the situation. It took approximately one hour before we were finally moved to another room. We were specifically told that we would be relocated to a comparable villa, but what we received was clearly a downgrade. The replacement accommodation had significantly less space, a smaller bed, and there was not even a television in the bedroom. For a hotel charging nearly $600 per night and positioning itself as a high-quality property, this was simply unacceptable. I understand that power outages can happen, but the lack of proper backup power, the delay in relocating us, and then moving us to an inferior room made an already frustrating situation much worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and absolutely not the experience, quality, or service I expected for the price we paid. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.
