“Continental breakfast was very good. Parking was a problem but Anna gave us a great upgrade for our challenges. It's in a great area, two minutes walking from the Embarcadero that has the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Bella. Grand classical hotel. Great staff, nice bar, outdoor restaurant, etc”

“The property has a magnificent view to the lake, the bedroom view was spectacular. The ferry is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff was superb. The hotel restaurant has a stunning lake view. During the summer, it has access for swimming in the lake.”

“Our room was lovely. Great size bathroom & show. Great view of the lake, listening to the water was very soothing. Chairs on balcony were not very comfortable but we still used them daily and it would be nice to have a small table out there. Otherwise staff was very nice and accommodating. ”
