Amazing hotel, friendly staff, beautiful gem, veryvery good breakfast and dinner. But pl try the La Rustica Pizzeria in Luino...the best pizza and pasta ever tasted!

Great hotel right by the lake. Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The only two downsides: after one person showered (normal shower) the other no longer had hot water; also, parking was difficult at times.

We were there for a wedding venue. Hotel is lovely although I would not say it’s particularly kid friendly. The beach is very small. Our room was beautiful. The food was quite good. We made a suggestion that they have a ideal list for people who want to spend two or three hours away from the hotel or the region for things to do

Delightful experience

This is a gorgeous property in every aspect. Staff is professional and friendly and eager to make your using perfect. Our room was very large with a comfortable bath. Breakfast choices were vast, dinner always perfect.

Hotel has a peaceful and beautiful lakeside property with direct access to Maggiore. It is generally very quiet and serene, but sometimes the loud motorcycles and cars can be heard well during the night. Other than that everything was good. I also highly recommend having your own car in the region for movement around the lake and surrounding regions.

Bella struttura a 10mt dalla riva del lago. Parco bellissimo e strutture molto funzionali. Colazione molto ricca e ben esposta; certo si vede che è una colazione per tedeschi, svizzeri principalmente ospiti del nord Europa. Il personale gentilissimo è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, buon ristorante con tavoli esterni posizionati in luoghi ameni. Camera grande illuminata da tre grandi finestre vista lago, letto comodo, bagno con finestra sul lago senza bidet, almeno nella camera 210. Parcheggio.
