“Initial impression- good. Car park all gravel but plenty of parking. Reception - water on offer but it was empty. Were told our booking didn’t include breakfast but included 20% off food and soft drinks. Nice because we had forgotten. No information on where restaurant or bars not a big problem but it is nice to be told. We booked a table for dinner. Was given our room key. We asked if it was possible to walk along the river from the back of the restaurant… no access it is only from the other...

“No esta mal, pero esta mas destinado para gente mayor y de la tercera edad, las habilidades no estan mal, pero se hecha de menos un refriguerador, o aire acondicionado. El servicio de limpieza pesimo, se llevan las toallas sucias y no te dejan limpias, no te cambian sabanas aunque esten sucias, solo te estiran la cama y poco mas...no se lo que esperaba encontrar. Pero no es tan malo.”

“I love the Swan Hotel very clean and the staff very nice , the Swan Hotel close to shopping areas which I like , one the thing I don’t like is the breakfast otherwise everything is ok I will always stay there when am in England. Marcella”
