“Lovely pub run by kind and helpful people.”

“No were does it say in their wensite pool not included they wanted to charge £20 per person each time we used . This was one of main reasons for picking this hotel. Room was old and had holes in carpet and tililet seat broken when complained told nothing they could do rooms were waiting refurbishment. No compromise on pool access. Staff very unhelpful and not interested. I did today to stay in a room with worn carpets with holes and a broken toilet seat reallly not acceptable for hotel star...

“We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!”

“Struggled to open the balcony doors in the Mews in this heat as there was no air conditioning but the staffed ensured they were opened upon request”

“Great hotel catered to all our needs. Very good value for money staff were helpful and dinner and breakfast were tasty. One criticism, it wasn’t clear if children’s desserts were included in the half board. I tried to get clarity on this and got different answers from different people. This confusion also showed up on receipts, I was charged some nights, others I wasn’t. Everything else was really good though and we are planning to come again next summer.”
