Staff was SUPER friendly. The outside of the building is not like the photos.

We stayed in a King room for a night after a cruise. It was available when we arrived, which was really nice. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed right away. Staff members were very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to the Space Needle.

Beautiful older hotel, stayed in a very nice suite. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great location, close to dining, shopping and the public market.

Got a room where the bathroom door lock didn't work.

The location was great and the kitchen was as good as showed in the pictures. The communication with the host was excellent. The room was not as clean as mentioned and the WiFi did not work at all. We could not watch TV due to the internet connection. The mattress in the sofa was too old and not comfortable at all.

Staff went above and beyond expected with kindness and desire to help.

Always a good go to when seeing a show/concert at Marymoor Park. About a 20 minute walk to the gate. Redmond Inn is also in a nice area and stands as an “OG” hotel in the area. Older place, nothing fancy but kept up well and has large rooms.
