Great hotel with a nice atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

As advertised it looks and seems great. Being there is a totally different experience. Air Conditioning unit stopped working. Staff at bar/grill ignore you when sitting at the bar as if you’re invisible. They cater more to who looks like money or a bigger ticket/ tip, I sat ignored while multiple people came up after me and orders taken. Prices at the bar for drinks and food are outrageous and quality is sub-par. Not worth the price! The basics in the condo are not provided, I.e toilet paper, paper towels, pool towels. You have to buy a package for BBQ utensils. Everything expected/needed and provided by similar resorts are an add on purchase. This place will bleed you dry of money. Lazy river was seriously overheated, could not tolerate for more than a minute or two. The water park slide are terrible, people were getting stuck mid slide inside the tubes. We observed this after our own teenagers got stuck in the tube slide. Parking fee is outrageous! $35/day. Car sits curbside in the full sun. No garages! We won’t be back.

We enjoyed the convenience of the amenities and the shuttle to Universal was only 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and pretty quiet. The pool was great with lifeguards, life jackets for the littles and a sand area for kids to play. The pool was big and clean and fresh towels were also available. We booked ahead and got a deal, we would go back.
