Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, but the customer service was very disappointing.
I paid an extra $30 per night for a Strip View room because I wanted to watch the Fourth of July fireworks from my room. At check in, I was told no Strip View rooms were available and was given a Mountain View instead.
I started trying to resolve it on day one. I messaged through the Hilton app, contacted Expedia, and spoke with the front desk. I was told a manager would contact me, but after seven days I never received a call, a message, or any follow up from the hotel or Expedia.
I wasn’t asking for anything beyond a refund of the upgrade fee for the room I never received. The hotel is beautiful, but the lack of communication and follow through left a very poor impression.
