Pro's: • Stellar location: Incredible ocean and sunset views right outside the room door. • Inviting grounds: Outdoor decks and patios feature comfortable chairs, nightly fire pits, and beautiful vegetation. • Convenient amenities: Close, adequate parking and friendly check-in staff. • Nearby dining: A couple of decent restaurants within walking distance, like Sunsets bar & grill, where we had a nice meal on their deck overlooking the ocean. • Excellent mattress: The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and we slept well. Deal-Breakers: • Very cramped layout: A massive king bed sits in the dead CENTER of an extremely small room, leaving only a very tight walkway ALL around it. • Lack of furniture: The room offers NO end tables, closets, or chairs. The TV, while sizable, is mounted on a wall parallel with bed, making viewing uncomfortable. • Zero storage space: No place to easily open or store suitcases, even carry-on size. The luggage stand, when opened, blocks access around the bed. If you have a second bag, it must sit on a bench at the end of the bed that is tight to the wall. • Inconvenient power access: If you need corded electronic and/or medical devices (such as a CPAP) near the bed, you'll need to use extension cords that create trip hazards in this very dark and dimly lit room. • No counter space, anywhere: you are forced to hang coats and bags on wall hooks. A raised washbowl on a tiny bathroom vanity makes even setting down a toothbrush or shaver a challenge.
