This is not our first time staying at Palm Garden. we have a great experience every time. Location is perfect for my needs. A couple of times we have stayed with our pets, and everyone had a comfortable stay. There were several options in the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will recommend this hotel and definitely return on our next visit.

The pool and spa area is nicely located in the center of the hotel. The only negative is the breakfast. It used to be made at the hotel. The restaurant they send you to is not very good. We didn't go for the second morning since it was disappointing.

It was a great place to stay. On weekdays my both sides of room were occupied, but I didn’t hear almost any sound. Amazing! Room was spacious and easy to access grass areas outside of buildings for my dog. Breakfast was nice, too. I will be back there when we need.

Despite being right next to the freeway, the place wasn’t too loud, as clean as one can expect for the price point (not spotless but pretty clean). Only things worth noting were that there was a $150 charge + $10 per day for parking at check-in that either wasn’t mentioned during booking, or was a small footnote that I missed, and that the water pressure in the shower was a bit aggressive. The $150 charge got refunded the day after I checked out (although depending on the bank it may take longer), so it was more a mild inconvenience than an actual upset. Otherwise, place was great. Now that I know about the extra deposit on check-in, would recommend.
