My go-to place when staying in SD

The staff was amazing.

Tuve problema con el aire acondicionado pero me cambiaron de habitación, (tienen que darles mantenimiento) los TV son pequeños para las habitaciones Comida excelente y el servicio tambien. Mi habitación era 1er piso con piscina privada en 2 ocasiones se metieron personas al área deben rotular esas áreas como privadas. Buenas actividades , me encantó

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service was extremely disappointing. The food was poorly managed—there seemed to be enough for only about 20 people, even though there were around 500 guests. What was available was dry and not fresh. The waitstaff were nowhere to be found, tables were left covered with dirty dishes, and it was difficult to find clean silverware. The spa itself was beautiful and relaxing, but there was a strong urine-like odor throughout the facility, which made it difficult to enjoy the experience. The massage service was average at best, and the overall customer service was mediocre. For a resort of this caliber, I expected a much better spa experience. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it was disappointing that the staff couldn’t even sing “Happy Birthday” because they said they didn’t have enough employees available. It made what should have been a special celebration feel overlooked. The hotel also sold too many day passes, which negatively impacted the experience for guests who were actually staying at the resort. It was a struggle just to get a towel for the beach. To make matters worse, the beach was littered with paper cups and trash from the night before. While the property itself is beautiful, the lack of organization, cleanliness, and customer service made for a very disappointing stay.
